Students are invited to move at their own pace, use props, rest when needed, and explore curiosity over perfection. Each class includes centering, gentle flow, breathwork, and a restorative close. Private sessions offer a fully customized experience based on your goals—whether you’re new to yoga, healing from injury, living with chronic conditions, or simply craving a quieter, more personalized practice. Rooted in my lifelong career in disability services and accommodations, this offering centers students with mobility differences, chronic pain, sensory processing needs, and other access considerations. Expect flexible sequencing, chair or bolster support, non-linear movement options, and a strong emphasis on student autonomy and safety.
