Stillness is where your nervous system resets, your breath slows, and your inner voice gets a little louder (in the best way).
You don’t need a perfect meditation space or a 30-minute routine.
Try this instead: close your eyes, inhale slowly through your nose, exhale through your mouth, and rest your hand on your heart. That’s yoga, too.
